Do I need to assemble my planter?

Nope! We send out our planter boxes fully assembled from our factory with an included planting guide. All you need to do is fill them!

How do you ship & how long does it take?

We work with local couriers and freight companies to deliver our products Australia Wide. Please note due to the size of our planter boxes some couriers may require assistance at the delivery point. If you require forklift or tailgate service please get in touch at info@bloomboxproducts.com.au

Set product ordered from the website - four weeks.
Custom products - four to six weeks

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely, you can visit our factory in Ringwood by Appointment only. We have select pieces on display. Contact us here to schedule a time.

Do you offer volume discounts and trade pricing?

We are able to negotiate discounts for some volume orders. Unfortunately we do not offer trade pricing.

Do you offer custom designs and projects?
