We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on production leader to head and manage our workshop.

This senior role is for someone who thrives leading builds from concept to finished product and setting high standards for quality.

The role includes:
• Leading day-to-day workshop production and orders.
• Turning designs into finished, high-quality builds
• Managing workflow, materials & processes.
• Provide input into design concept to aid production.
• Solving build challenges as they arise.
• Co-ordinate onsite duties (e.g. Installs, measure-ups)

Experience:
• Experience in production industries (e.g. Furniture, Joinery, carpentry)
• High-level fabrication skills
• Experience using wide range of tools
• High level understanding of shop drawings
• Confident leadership and problem-solving
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Experience with onsite installation and deliveries
